Each volume has an introduction that includes the historical and literary context followed by a verse by verse translation with notes and comments. This is a continuing project, with older volumes being replaced by new editions. They are arranged on the shelf in the order that they appear in the Bible.

Each volume in this series has the title: A Critical and Exegetical Commentary on [the given Book of the Bible]. These volumes cannot be checked out. They are arranged on the shelf in alphabetical order by book of the Bible (Acts, Amos, etc.)
