Administrative Services – Cloud

Description: Services provided related to contracted applications that are not hosted at Wofford. These applications are often referred to as "Cloud Services" or "Software-as-a-Service".

Eligibility: Students, faculty and staff; contract requires review and approval from the Director of Business Services and Risk Management.

How to request: contact the IT Help Center

Initiated: Requests entered through the ITS web tracking system

Availability: 8:30 am - noon and 1:00pm - 5:00 pm M - F except for holidays and shutdowns

Charges:

  • There are no ITS charges for this service. Administrative offices may incur charges for using these services.

Pre-requisites:

Delivery Channels:

  • Web portal for cloud services using Wofford single sign-on
  • Vendor provided web services after sign-on
  • Completed work requests
  • Consulting support

Service Targets:

  • Vendor response as specified in contracted service level agreements
  • Mean-time-to-repair single sign-on access as specified in the Identity and Access Service
  • Create new data extraction within timeframe designated by contract or project plan
  • Complete new file transfer within 1 week of completing data extraction.
