Application and Data Integration

Description: Develops data interfaces, data transformations, data aggregations and data modernization between information systems applications. The nature of these services can be one-time data conversion/migrations or in support of regularly scheduled data interfaces.

Eligibility:  Faculty and staff with approval from the appropriate staff data steward

How to request:  ITS Help Request system, as required for an approved ITS project charter

Initiated:  Upon request approved by a data steward, as part of service transformation, and new application projects

Availability: Consulting and project support available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, except holidays, and shutdowns; and as scheduled by application needs excluding designated maintenance windows.

Charges:  Conditional on project process or sponsorship

  • Approval from the appropriate data stewards
  • Vendor provided file transfer formats
  • Vendor support for Wofford Single Sign-on methods
  • Approved request for change for new interface go-live
  • Functioning on-campus server and network environment
  • Functioning and accessible hosted cloud platform
