Presentation Equipment Lending

Description: This service provides a portable presentation system to support a conference or event in an area on campus that does not have built-in auddio/video presentation capabilities.  The Wofford Library provides technology equipment lending for personal study and research. The Director of Conference Services provides audio equipment lending for events and presentations.

How to request: contact the IT Help Center

Initiated: Requests entered through the ITS Help Request system

Availability: This service is available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm when campus is open. 

Charges: This equipment is typically used to support our conference and event service. Please see that service description for when charges may apply.

Features:

• Tech onsite to deliver, set-up, and return equipment
• HDMI or VGA projection
• Portable screen (4’ x 6’)
• Conference telephone (if needed)
• Other support described in our Conference and Event Service

Pre-requisites:

• Requests are made 2 weeks in advance
• Dates, times and locations where support is required
• Guest accounts, if needed. 
• Guests have administrative rights to their personal computers
• Wired network connection available if conference phone needed

• Completed work requests
• Consulting and support

Service Targets:

• Dedicated support will be available provided the request has been made 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Tech will be onsite for immediate assistance.
