Survey Support

Description: Consulting and support for Wofford’s licensed survey tool. Support for student surveys with approval from an appropriate faculty or staff sponsor.

Eligibility:  faculty and staff with IRB approval or exemption. Support for student surveys with approval from an appropriate sponsor support (faculty or staff) and IRB approval or exemption.

How to request:  ITS Help Request system or Wofford Survey Request form (both on myWofford)

Initiated:  Request to ITS Help Request system or the Wofford Survey Request form

Availability:  During normal business hours (8:30am – 5pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays and campus shutdowns.)

Charges:  There is no charge for campus resources or the licensed survey tool. Use of external resources or another survey tool may incur charges.


  • Access to the college’s licensed survey tool
  • Consulting and training  for the survey tool’s capabilities
  • Survey creation and results reporting as requested
  • Survey tool may also be used for campus elections

Service Targets:

  • 90% of new survey requests complete within 10 working days (2 calendar weeks)
  • 95% positive ITS Help Request Satisfaction Survey results for this service.
  • Mean time to repair break/fix incidents less than 2 business days
