During the pandemic, Information Technology Services (ITS) is trying to reduce IT Help Center walk-ins and adhere to social distancing guidelines. The IT Help Center is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. In addition, ITS staff are working remotely from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m daily.
