Printing and Scanning in the Library

Sandor Teszler Library provides two printers with scanning and copying capabilities,12 public computers and one state of the art Kic Scanner to help patrons do ALL the things!  Assistance with printing is available at the kiosk, the large display in the print area, the IT webpage, and the Information Desk, which is staffed by students like you!  Please let us know if you need help printing or the printers are not functioning properly.

The printers are located on the main floor and maintained by library staff.  Other than the Career Center, this is the only place on campus for students to print in color.  Jobs that need to be printed in color must be sent to the printer from a library computer.  They have scanning and copying capabilities, as well, which are accessed after logging into the printers with your ID.  The "Access Device" option allows you to make copies, and the "Scan" option allows you to scan documents to your email or USB drive.  Please ask for assistance if you need help copying or scanning.

There are multiple ways to print in the library.  The most reliable way is to send jobs from any computer in the library; you will need to log on with your Wofford ID and password. After sending your job to StudentFindMe Printing, swipe your Wofford ID across the card reader on the printer.  When your account populates, release any pending jobs and wait for your prints.  If you do not have your ID, you can enter your username & password using the keypad on the printer to access your account.

In addition, files can be emailed to stuprint@wofford.edu to print.  Students do have to wait until they receive a response with a link to print before finding their jobs at the library printer.  But once sent, these print jobs can be released from any printer on campus.  Remember that this will not allow you to print in color.

One more way to print at Wofford requires accessing your account at printing.wofford.edu.  You will upload your document and send the job from here, releasing your job at the printer.  Again, this option does not allow for color copies.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties printing, please visit the IT Help Desk for troubleshooting and tips.  In the event you need personal assistance, you can email them or enter a ticket through your myWofford account.

Students who need access to a fax machine should visit the Snyder building during business hours.  The fax machine is located on the first floor, and Wofford staff are available to help should you need assistance.
